Purpose of the Role

To successfully manage and operate the front desk to serve guests and students.

Key Responsibilities & Duties��

• Uphold and honor Academy Core Values, Mission, Vision, and Objectives
• Follows all Policies and Procedures��
• Schedule and confirm guest services
• Disperse guests for equitable educational opportunities for students��
• Oversee guest relations
• Set monthly retail and promotional displays
• Assist students and staff with retailing products
• Daily reconciliation of cash drawer
• Inventory all products (backbar and retail)
• Assist with weekly ordering
• Provide weekly reports for team
• Ensure that all company and school policies,standards, and objectives are followed

Academic, Certifications & Trade Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience, Skills & Strengths

• 1 year work experience preferably customer service
• Be able to work in a busy work environment
• Strong customer service ability

RESPONSIBILITIES��

As a Cosmetology Educator, you are responsible for welcoming each student and treating them like family to provide an excellent educational experience leading to an extraordinary career. Your main objective will be building relationships with students and facilitating the educational objectives of 51�Թ� in the classroom and on the clinic floor. You will ensure that all company and school policies and standards are modeled and followed. You will participate as a team player while demonstrating exceptional customer care and professionalism to all students and guests.

Duties include, but are not limited to:��

• Follows all Policies and Procedures��
• Create and administer effective lesson plans
• Assist students on the clinic floor with technical skills support
• Assist students with guest consultations
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service and professionalism to students
• Check services performed by students for quality��
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies��
• Monitor and manage front desk operations when needed��
• Lead and coach Business Realities
• Administer and grade tests
• Facilitate sanitation and safety standards
• Organize and manage all classroom operation s
• Ensure that all company and school policies, standards, and objectives are followed��

JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3+ years’ Cosmetology industry experience
• Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Texas
• High School diploma or equivalent��
• Position requires standing for periods of time, may require some lifting or moving up to 25 Ibs.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous teaching experience is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Fun personality

The Campus Recruiter is the first face of the Academy to the public.�� Responsibilities include

staying in contact with all potential students while positively representing AOHD’s brand.�� They must actively recruit new students to achieve enrollment goals.�� They are a team player, effectively communicating with all staff to ensure company processes are followed.�� They welcome each new potential student, treating them like family to provide an exceptional tour and enrollment experience. They represent Academy at chamber meetings, networking events, career fairs, and other community events to build the company brand to increase recruits.

• Assist with enrollment of students

• Achieve and maintain enrollment and retention goals

• Maintain contact with student until accepted to the Academy

• Actively attend and solicit active recruits from all community events (career fairs, tabletops in HS, and community events)

• Ensure that the school is strategically promoted through Social Media and other means
